A fantastic day out for all the family featuring Pipe Bands from across the Scottish Borders and Lothians. We are delighted to introduce a new programme for 2017 bringing together music and dance with a military and forces theme. Members of the armed forces and local emergency services will be in attendance and will provide demonstrations throughout the day including an inflatable assault course and climbing wall provided by the Army Cadets.
We are excited to welcome over 100 dancers from MPulsive Dance School for 2 special performances. Music by Riddell Fiddle, Children’s activities include bouncy castle and toddler soft play, face painting and a craft tent with special appearances from Roxy Bear our Mascot. The Kelso Dog Agiity team will be providing demo's and a 'Come and Try' with your own four-legged friend, also our Crafters Courtyard and local artisan food stalls will be back again by popular demand. For all the foodies we have tempting hot food available from our Castle BBQ, John Mackay of Eyemouth, Italian Coffee and Cakes and also award winning Giacopazzi’s ice-cream with refreshments for the adults provided by Tempest Brewery.
