Roxburghe Rocks 2023

Following on from the success of Roxburghe Rocks in 2022, Floors Castle is delighted to stage this musical spectacular featuring songs that have thrilled generations.

Live music of Queen, Fleetwood Mac, Arctic Monkeys and Oasis performing with the stunning backdrop of Floors Castle shall be running throughout the day, where you will have a chance to meet up with friends and family, enjoy the various food and drinks stalls and immerse yourselves in the sounds of the greatest performers of all time.

About the Bands
21st Century Queen
21st Century Queen perform many of the band’s best known and loved hits including We Will Rock You, Radio Ga Ga, and possibly the greatest single of all time Bohemian Rhapsody. 21st Century Queen promises all the thrills of live performance in this extraordinarily atmospheric concert, combining stunning vocals and live musicians to create the sound of these iconic rock legends.

Mardy Bums
Mardy Bums is the UK’s finest Artic Monkeys tribute act. Join them as they recreate many of the band’s best known and loved hits, including Do I Wanna Know?, 505, I Wanna Be Yours, and I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor. Uniting the authentic sound of Alex Turner and Co. and thrilling post-punk vibe, rock out with Mardy Bums in this iconic Arctic Monkeys experience!

Definitely Oasis
Widely regarded around the globe as one of the greatest Oasis tributes, join Oasis as they recreate many of the band’s most loved hits, including Don’t Look Back in Anger, Stop Crying Your Heart Out, Champagne Supernova, and Wonderwall. Definitely Oasis embody 90s Britpop with authentic live vocals and musicians, promising the thrill of experiencing Liam and Noel Gallagher’s music first hand.

UK Fleetwood Mac
UK Fleetwood Mac, bringing to life Fleetwood Mac’s greatest hits, including Dreams, Everywhere, The Chain, and Go Your Own Way. Widely regarded as the UK’s best and most authentic Fleetwood Mac tribute, experience their enchanting vocals, earthy grooves, and dazzling live showmanship as they conjure the magic of Fleetwood Mac in the grounds of Floors Castle. *Please note: Floors Castle will be closed to regular day visits on August 5th due to the Roxburghe Rocks event. The Gardens and Terrace Café will be open as normal, but the Summer Trail will be closed and not be accessible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Here is a summary of all you need to know about the event!

Gates open 12.00pm, 1pm start – 9pm approximate finish time.

ALL CAR entry will be via the North Lodge Gate entrance, pst code TD5 7NX.

You will then be directed to our event car park which is in close proximity to the performance.

All vehicles will then exit via farm exit onto B6397. This is a one-way system.

If you wish to leave your car in the on-site carpark overnight you can do so at your own risk, it can be collected in opening hours the following day between 10am-5pm.

Taxi pick up and drop off – Entry will be via the North Lodge Gate entrance, POST CODE TD5 7NX. You will then be directed to our event drop off area, which is in close proximity to the performance. All vehicles will then follow signs and exit via farm exit onto B6397. This is a one-way system.

Pedestrian entry and exit – All pedestrian entry to Roxburghe Rocks is through the two side gates of the Main Golden Gates POST CODE TD5 7RL – The two side pedestrian gates of the Golden Gates will then remain open for people to walk back into town after the event has finished.

Accessible parking – entry will be via the North Lodge Gate entrance, POST CODE TD5 7NX. You will then be directed to our event Accessible Car Parking, which is in close proximity to the performance and on hard standing. All vehicles will then follow signs and exit via farm exit onto B6397.

Accessible and carer tickets buying ONLINE – If you are requiring a carer ticket you should buy the ticket you require, then email booking ref, contact details etc to Daisy at Chapterhouse [email protected] and the booking will be amended to include a free carer.

Accessible and carer tickets buying ONSITE – Buy one full price ticket and request up to one carer on purchase free of charge.

No alcohol or glass bottles to be brought onto site, There will be alcohol and soft drinks available on site throughout the day. Bag searches will take place by our professional security team.

No food to be brought on event site.  There will be delicious catering for all dietary requirements available onsite, vendors to be confirmed soon.

All vendors will accept both cash and card, however card payment is preferable.

Other entertainment – There will be other entertainment available, and we will post this information as soon as we can.

This is an open-air event and will run in any weather, please dress appropriately.

You are welcome to bring a comfy low backed chair, or blanket if you wish.
