Treasure Island open-air theatre at Floors Castle

Floors Castle is delighted to be working with Quantum Theatre Company to present a swashbuckling open-air garden theatre event in the grounds of Floors Castle this summer.

Join us on Tuesday, July, the 13th when Long John Silver and his crew of salty old sea dogs will be dropping anchor at Floors Castle in a brand-new adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale Treasure Island.

This highly engaging adaptation of the swashbuckling classic is performed by outdoor favourites Quantum Theatre, who promise wall to wall action as Jim Hawkins and his friends battle to recover the evil Captain Flint’s treasure before the pirates get there first. Along the way, we encounter high drama, sea shanties, swordfights and of course Long John’s parrot Cap’n Flint.

So why not grab a picnic and pack some grog, chairs and a blanket and come along for an evening of outdoor fun as Quantum Theatre bring you the perfect action-packed adventure for pirate fans of all ages.

Refreshments will be on sale from the Courtyard Café, including snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Doors open at 5pm. Performance starts at  18:30 – 20:15
