Catering Assistants
We are looking for experienced, flexible Part-Time Catering Assistants to join our team at the Terrace & Courtyard Cafés.
Hill Shepherd
Roxburghe Estates are seeking an experienced and motivated Hill Shepherd to join the team at Scarlaw and Byrecleugh in the Lammermuir Hills, managing approximately 10,000 acres of moorland in the Scottish Borders.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for approximately 1,750 ewes and ewe hoggs, predominantly Scottish Blackface, and 420 wedders on a well-established grouse moor.
This role requires a practical and capable individual who can work independently while also contributing as part of the wider estate team, working closely with the existing shepherd at Byrecleugh and the estate’s gamekeeping staff.
Apprentice Stonemason
The role of Apprentice Mason represents an exceptional opportunity for an individual to learn their craft whilst being involved with one of the most prestigious conservation and refurbishment projects currently onsite in the UK. As Floors Castle goes through a once in a multi-generational repair project, you will undertake your apprenticeship working with HPR Ltd on the Castle project whilst undertaking block release training at the Historic Environment
Scotland’s Training Centre in Stirling. On completion of the Castle repair project you will move to working in our own directly employed dedicated masonry team to complete your apprenticeship.
