Floors Food
The kitchen here at Floors Castle produces food for both the Terrace and Courtyard Cafes, as well as for the Duke & Duchess of Roxburghe and their family. Another of its functions is to create top quality produce for sale in our gift shops.
Visitors can continue to enjoy Floors Castle every breakfast time with a jar of our delicious marmalade, or accompany a cup of their favourite tea with our award winning shortbread. There is a wealth of chutneys and preserves, along with sweet and savoury biscuits, cakes and confectionery to be found here.
Seasonal dishes are also available to take away as frozen meals, from our kitchen to yours. Particular favourites are our hearty Game Pie and our ever popular Salmon Fishcakes.
