Vase Arrangement Workshop

Discover simple techniques to get the best out of your flowers and learn how to build beautiful vase designs using tried and tested methods. The relaxed and informative Workshop will include helpful tips on care conditioning and how to choose the perfect vase. Expect a blend of fabulous seasonal flowers and foliage (using foliage grown in the Gardens and on the Estate at Floors Castle), support from a talented, experienced tutor, Caroline Millar and a dazzling vase arrangement for you to take home at the end of the class!

This class is the perfect introduction to the world of flowers and is ideal for both beginners and those looking to expand their flower skills. You’ll choose from a range of pretty vases and seasonal stems and be encouraged to unleash your inner floral creativity as you let your personality shine through into your bespoke vase arrangement which is yours to take home.

Visitors to your home will be impressed with your floral skills when they learn that you created this stunning arrangement yourself. Place the finished piece on your dining room table for a perfect centrepiece or brighten up a mantelpiece or dresser with your creation. You will leave the Workshop with a new skill, so you are able to recreate the magic time and time again at home.

Caroline Millar trained at the internationally recognised Jane Packer Flower School, London – and has gone on to work as a floral stylist for magazines, films and TV as well as weddings and large events. Caroline runs the Florist and the Woodturner shop in Duns, Scottish Borders.
