Roxburghe Estates are seeking a new Beat Keeper to join the team at Byrecleugh & Rawburn in the Lammermuir Hills, totalling 10,000 acres of managed moorland.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail is sought.
The successful applicant will have an ability to work independently as well as part of a team comprising of a Head-Keeper and two other Beat Keepers.
Previous experience producing grouse or other wild game is essential along with knowledge and ability to carry out exemplary predator control in accordance with legislation and best practice.

Clean driving license together with current firearms and shotgun licenses must be held.
