Halloween Trail

🚨IMPORTANT- HALLOWEEN TRAIL OPENING POSTPONED until 21st 🚨
With the weather set to be as ghastly and ghoulish as our Halloween trail on Friday, we will not be opening as planned.

With the forecast storm over the next couple of days bringing high winds and heavy rain, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone opening our Halloween Trail until Saturday 21^st October, meaning the trail will not be open on Friday 20^thOctober.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but with the trail running into our woodland areas, we cannot risk any harm to visitors due to high winds.

If you have tickets booked for Friday, we will honour your ticket on any of the remaining days the trail, which is open up to the 31^st October.

 You have been recruited by the Floors Castle Witch as an apprentice potion maker!   

 Travel the terrifying trail through the Haunted Gardens and Woodlands and find the ingredients to the Witches Brew recipe, to do this you must locate the ingredient’s guarded by the remains of the Floors Castle Servants…

  WARNING –  Parents are advised that the Halloween Trail includes some scary and gory scenes and should consider this when booking.

ALL ENTRY to this event will be through our Farm Entrance from the B6397 (Sat Nav Postcode TD5 7RN) and ALL car parking will be at our Garden/Terrace Café Car park.  Tickets can be purchased from our website and on the day from our Gardens Ticket Kiosk only, you will receive your Halloween Trail map, you will then proceed to the start of the trail that will be clearly signposted. **Access to the Walled Garden and Children’s Play Park is included with your Halloween Trail ticket.

Our Terrace Café will be open as always for lunches and snacks and The Queen Victoria House will open as a pop-up Take-away Café throughout the duration of the Halloween Trail to serve warming Soup, Hot-dogs and Children’s Lunch Bags along with hot and cold drinks including hot chocolate and Chef’s delicious alcoholic & non alcoholic Mulled Wine.

The Apple Shed Gift shop & Deli will also be open and is bursting with wonderful gifts, home ware, children’s books, Halloween goodies and delicious Estate produce for you to take home. A must visit!

Dogs are welcome on the trail, throughout our Walled Garden and outside our Café but they must be kept on a lead.

This is an outdoor trail, around the Gardens and Woodlands of Floors Castle, so please wear suitable clothes and shoes.

**Annual Passes do not cover this event, Annual Pass holders will have to purchase tickets for this event.

PLEASE NOTE – The Grounds of Floors Castle and the Castle itself will be CLOSED to the public during this event.
